For over 80 years, a cable car has transported visitors to the summit of Kasprowy Wierch, offering a convenient and scenic journey. Near the upper station, you’ll find a variety of amenities, including a viewing terrace, a souvenir shop, a weather observatory, and a cozy restaurant where you can enjoy a hearty meal and recharge before hitting the slopes.

Winter Sports Facilities for Skiers and Snowboarders

Kasprowy Wierch features two chairlifts operating in the winter: one in Kocioł Gąsienicowy and another in Kocioł Goryczkowy.

• Kocioł Gąsienicowy: This 1,200-meter-long FIS-approved run is groomed for optimal skiing conditions and includes a modern four-person chairlift with a capacity of 2,400 people per hour. It frequently hosts ski events and offers amateurs the chance to test their skills with slalom time-measuring poles installed along the run during the winter season.

• Kocioł Goryczkowy: Stretching 2,100 meters, this run starts with a challenging descent through the Pod Zakosy and Goryczkowa valleys before transitioning into a gentler slope near the bottom station. From there, the piste leads directly to Kuźnice, ensuring a scenic and enjoyable ride for skiers of all skill levels.
